Akyra is the structured and protective mountain running shoe suitable for endurance routes such as Ultra Trails and Ultra Marathons. Particularly enveloping, comfortable and protective, it is a trail shoe designed for prolonged use on off-road terrain.
 It adopts a very enveloping comfortable upper structured on 3 layers that give from the inside to the outside: comfort, thanks to the seamless construction; flexibility and structure thanks to the innovative MicroLite Skeleton ™ application that dynamically follows the movement of the foot during the run; protection thanks to the structural applications Flex-Guard ™ in microfiber that keep the shoe light but at the same time provide a barrier against the abrasions possible running between rocks and roots. The exceptional stability is given by the TrailCage System ™ technology which, placed between the two layers of the upper, gives structure and wrapping by integrating with the lacing system. The sole developed by the La Sportiva R&D department mounts the new adherent FriXion XT tread with Impact Brake System and exclusive design with Trail Rocker technology that favors the natural "external heel-internal toe" support of the foot during running.
