Primary Tissue

Nylon CORDURA® fabric (49 g / m2) with double-ripstop construction and water repellent treatment, ensures windproof properties. Very light, compact and extremely breathable, with high mechanical strength. It does not absorb water and dries quickly, even after multiple washes. The CORDURA® products are made from Polyamide 6.6 High Tenacity textured with high technology to ensure maximum strength and durability, lightness and ease of maintenance. Even the lightest Cordura® fabric offers twice the abrasion resistance of regular air-textured nylon fabric. ANTIUV: UPF50 +.

Secondary Fabric

PERTEX® QUANTUM (36 g / m2): garments made of PERTEX QUANTUM® have the best weight / mechanical performance ratio. This ultralight product is as soft as silk, extremely compressible, with excellent resistance to wear and protection from external humidity, wind and rain: the fabric does not get soaked, it dries quickly thanks to the specific DWR water-repellent treatment that gives long performances to the product, even after multiple washes. 2-layer nylon superlight fabric (61 g / m2), laminated with an ultra-thin polyurethane membrane impermeable to air, water (15,000 mm Water Column) and breathable (15,000 g / m2 / 24h). The high density of the fibers guarantees high mechanical performance and wear resistance. The water-repellent DWR treatment gives the product long performances, even after multiple washes. Comfortemp®: Ultralight polyester wadding (60 g / m2) designed to offer thermal insulation, maximum lightness and freedom of movement. The particular construction prevents the fibers from escaping from the fabrics and can be easily washed. This innovative insulation combines the advantages of down and wadding fillings in a quality that has never been previously achieved. This thermal insulation is superior to conventional padding while being as light and soft as down. Comfortemp® is an innovative alternative to down, it ensures excellent breathability and maintains a uniform structure even after washing, ensuring no cold spots.
