Under the sign of adventure.  With a simple and progressive design the Rook 50 is a highly innovative backpacking backpack designed to offer high levels of comfort and an extraordinary fit.
 The Rook 50 has an extremely adjustable ventilated lumbar support system that uses the AirSpeed system suspended above a large recess that allows air flow. This allows the waist belt and lumbar area of the backpack to perfectly wrap the body, increasing overall comfort and providing great stability and support in carrying the load. The adjustment of the length of the bust is very intuitive and uses an innovative progressive closure system. The Rook 50 can be adjusted quickly and easily for a perfect fit. To be able to adapt to busts of any length, these backpacks are equipped with two load lifting points in the upper part of the frame: thanks to them the harness always remains comfortable, however it is positioned. A wide, highly padded waist belt provides a perfect fit and makes it easier to carry heavy loads in your backpack.
 The Rook has everything you need for multi-day hikes, as well as a high capacity with access points from the top lid and bottom compartment for the sleeping bag. An internal divider creates a separate bottom compartment that can be opened when not needed. Multiple compression straps allow the pack to remain stable without interfering with the mesh pockets for water bottles. Two pockets on the waist belt and a large pocket on the top lid offer easy access to smaller items.
 If you need it, the Rook is compatible with Osprey's Daylite day packs, which can be attached to the larger pack, increasing its capacity and giving you the option to leave the bulky pack at base camp for a shorter hike than the day pack .
